
BIOGRAPHY
Justin Kevin Chen is a native Angeleno who earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. While at Pepperdine, Justin served as Literary Citation Editor for the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary and chaired the Armand Arabian Advocacy Tournament as a member of the Moot Court Board.
Before joining HWLGPC, Justin worked as a law clerk at two midsize plaintiff-side firms in Southern California, assisting attorneys with matters involving personal injury, automobile accidents, class actions, environmental law, and the California Voting Rights Act.
Justin previously interned at Lytton & Williams LLP, a predecessor firm to HWLGPC, where he assisted with estate planning, business litigation, and healthcare-provider recovery matters. He also gained immigration-law experience involving the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program administered by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Justin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
